Sony Ericsson’s New W705 Walkman Phone
By: Peter Chubb | November 7, 2008
When it comes to music phones, Sony Ericsson has always tried to offer the best mix between phone and music, and the new W705 Walkman Phone looks to be a serious contender.
The new handset offers up a slider design, and has a 2.4-inch LCD screen which has a display of 230 x 240. Things certainly look good for the phone, but it is the fact that the W705 only supports M2 memory cards which could be the phones downfall. The phone is thought to come bundled with a 4GB card though.
The phone offers great connectivity support from HSUPA Turbo 3G, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. There is a 3.2 MP camera with a LED flash, thanks to Sony technology; the camera offers superb image quality. As the Sony Ericsson W705 Walkman Phone is all about music, it comes with a pair of premium headphones. The phone will be available in the first part of 2009 on the Orange network.
