J.D. Power and Associates ran a survey and it was the Apple iPhone that was No.1 for customer satisfaction among business users. This was a great achievement for Apple, as they beat rivals RIM (Research In Motion) and Samsung by a huge margin.
Before Apple gets to complacent, it was also reported that one in four Smartphone’s users complained that they has suffered some sort of Software-related problem. This shows that these kinds of handsets acts much more like computers than we first thought.
The JD Power Survey ranks customer satisfaction out of 1,000 points, and the Apple iPhone scored 778. This was due to the fact that users ranked the handset high in four of five areas, things like the design and ease of operation helped the iPhone score so highly.
