Will Gears of War 2 Beat Halo 3 Records on Xbox 360?

November 7 is a big day for the gaming world, as this is when Gears of War 2 is released, and it looks all set to be a massive hit. But will it be as big of a hit as Halo 3, and be able to beat all the records that Halo 3 was able to achieve.
The original Gears of War sold more than 5 million copies, and the second version of the game looks all set to do even better. Although it will be a hard job to beat the records set by Halo 3, Gears of War is more than capable of doing it.
Halo 3 sold $170 million pounds worth of copies in just its first 24-hours of release, and the first three Halo 3 games have sold more than 20 million copies. Do you think that Will Gears of War 2 will be able to beat Halo 3 Records on Xbox 360?
