Adobe Acrobat Reader Security Patch released: five months late
By: Peter Chubb | November 5, 2008 | 1 CommentAdobe has finally released a patch that has been designed to fix eight security vulnerabilities to their Acrobat Reader. One of the fixes will address a security issue that was identified by Adobe five month ago.
Back in May it was reported that the Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader application had a security flaw, which would allow hackers to exploit a users system resources, this would be achieved by launching an attack code on their system.
Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.1.2 and other old version are affected by this, Adobe believe that Acrobat Reader 9 is not affected by this security flaw. Have you been affected by this security issue?
