Vodafone’s new USB Stick Pro Mobile broadband dongle
By: Peter Chubb | November 4, 2008 | Leave a CommentUSB dongles to get mobile broadband for your laptops are all the rage at the moment, but that will change in the not to distance future, as laptops and netbooks come with integrated SIM readers, which will then make the dongles redundant.
This has not stopped Vodafone from launching a new dongle, the USB Stick Pro, which gives you access to their mobile broadband. The new broadband dongle gives you HSDPA speeds as well as a 4GB microSD card, for added memory.
The Vodafone USB Stick Pro will give you download speeds of up to 5mbps, and is available on a number of price plans. The 5GB plan will cost £25 per month on a two-year contact. The 3GB price plan is the deal that will be most popular, which will cost £15 per month on a two-year contract.
