2009 Nissan 370Z coupe review
By: Peter Chubb | October 30, 2008 | 1 CommentSo far all we have seen of the new 2009 Nissan 370Z coupe are a few spy shots and mock-ups in car mags, but we now have a lot more information on the successor to the Nissan 350Z. This short review gives you all the latest details on the new coupe.
The reason behind the name of the 2009 Nissan 370Z is simply, because it has a 3.7-liter V6 engine hiding under the hood. This is the same engine that is used to power the Infiniti G37, which can push out 330HP. The G37 has either a seven-speed automatic transmission or a six-speed manual, so the 370Z should get the same choice.
Since 2003, the Z series has only had a few changes here and there, but the 370Z is the first to get a full redesign, which will become generation six. The 2009 Nissan 370Z will be wider yet shorter than the 350Z, allowing the car to have a more aggressive stance as well as being more fun to drive.
