From Gmail Mail to Calendar and Docs Faster
By: Peter Chubb | October 28, 2008 | Leave a CommentGoogle have now created a new gadget that will allow Gmail users to look at their data from other programs, such as Google Calendar and Google Docs without the need for opening the application. This means that a Gmail user can use just one gadget to see their Calendar agenda; they will also be alerted when a meeting is scheduled.
Google have also launched another gadget that will allow users to see a list of Google Docs that were recently accessed. The user will then be able to search across the documents within Gmail.
These ranges of new products are just the latest in a series of gadgets to come out of Google Labs, over the past few months. One of the latest gadgets that linked to Gmail was Mail Google, which prevented users from sending an email, when they would later regret it.
