Sony PS3 now selling more games than Xbox 360
By: Peter Chubb | October 27, 2008 | 28 CommentsWhen the Sony PS3 was first launched it did not get off to a great start, as there were not many titles on offer. How times have changed, as the PlayStation 3 is now becoming the better option for game developers, as it offers them the chance to earn a greater profit.
Even though the Sony PS3 has a smaller install base, they are still selling more games the Xbox 360. If that was not bad news, big developers like Konami, Namco Bandi and Ubisoft have joined the likes of EA and agree that the Sony PS3 is the better option over the 360 for earning more profit.
Although the Xbox 360 has over 5 million more units sold, the PS3 performs more efficiently with the sales that they have with third party publishers. It looks as though PS3 games have been building up slowly, and have crept up on the Xbox 360.
