Google Apps: Latest in a string of glitches

Google was all set to have a great time with the launch of their Android software on the T-Mobile G1 last week, but some of the glory was taken away with the string of glitches from Google Apps, the latest being the Gmail one.

The glitch prevented those with Gmail accounts from accessing their emails. This is just the latest in a long line of glitches from Google Apps, one that has been a huge headache for companies who use the online application suite.

The Gmail glitch did not affect those already have an active account, it was for the account activation process. The glitch caused the process to take longer than 48 hours. The problem was fixed on Wednesday 22.
