Canon Powershot G10 compact gets reviewed

Canon has now released their most capable camera, the Powershot G10 which is their most expensive compact camera on the market. The G10 has a host of features that should appeal to DSLR owners who wish to have a compact camera as a backup.

When looking at the G10 it looks very similar to the G9, but there are a number of changes that separate the G10 from its predecessor. The Canon Powershot G10 has a matt black finish, and on the whole looks a bit ugly.

The Canon Powershot G10 compact is a 14.7 megapixels, up from the G9’s 12.1 megapixel. Canon have also crammed in their DIGIC 4 image processor, which promises to offer faster operation and improved image quality. The LCD screen is 3 inches, so you are able to view your images easily.
