Windows have found a bug that makes it possible from someone to hack into your computer if you are working over a network. The bug is a newly discovered one, and could wreak havoc on your computer. The versions of windows that are affected by the bug are XP, Vista, 2000, Server 2003 and 2008.

Usually Microsoft issues updates on a Tuesday, but the bug fix is considered so important that they have issued the patch immediately. You should run Windows Update immediately, to make sure that you install the patch.

The bug is to do with the part of Windows called Server service, if you do not share printers or files on a LAN then you have no reason to worry. Remember, if you do not have automatic updates set, then please go to Windows Update and get the patch.
