Android Market vs. Apple App Store: similar bias, habits

When it comes to gamers Xbox 360 fans would start an all out war against a Sony PS3 fan, but when it comes to cell phones users thing are a bit more dignified. Could that all about to change with the launch of the T-Mobile G1, as there will now be two big App Stores?
In one corner we have Android Market, and in the other we have Apple App Store. Although there is a rivalry between the Google Android and the Apple iPhone the owners do have a lot in common, you could never say that about an Xbox 360 and a Sony PS3 gamer, that would be asking for trouble.
