Fable 2 Legendary Weapons: Guns and Crossbows

Fable 2 is just a few days old and already people have been looked in hand-to-hand combat, but if that did not go well for them they would be able to use some legendary weapons. Some of these cool weapons are guns and crossbows, which take a bit of getting used to if you, are a Fable fan.
The first Fable did not have weapons like these, but as Fable 2 is set 500 years later, we are now in the swashbuckling age, where pistols are as common place as the sword. If you do not like the idea of using a gun, then you should try the crossbow, which is available for purchase.
If you were a fan of the first Fable game, do you think that now having guns in Fable 2 is good for the game, or has it spoilt the game as an whole?

america only get it 1st because their 1 of the high paying countries and since theres more people over there then more money will be made quicker. Tho i have to admit britain deserve it first : O )
hey i got fable 2 the first day it was released n it kicks ass although it has a short story line. I finished it in a couple of days and hav all 5star abilities and own just about every shop and house and if any 1 is having trouble geting money and xp make sure u hav a few properties 2 rent out and then quit the game save it first and change the year in ur xbox clock and date setings 1 year ahead and wen u start playing again youl recieve 1 years worth of rent. this works u hav my word.and with that money buy the potion shop and all the will skill and strength potions. this is quick and easy if u dnt feel like fighting things. i hav nearly got everything in the game even ledgendary weapons so if ne 1s got questions im happy 2 help.
I finished it last night but I wanted to take my time it was to short n to much like fable 1 it need some more kickass weapons even thought I liked the ones the had in this my fav was the enforcer its heli awesome n they needed a better final boss that stupid great spire shard sucked donkey dick
Alright I’ll admit Fable 2 cool yeah i have a dog three wifes more property and renown then should be allowed… Oh and a small army of children, but really it lost the feel of the first fable. I love the heroes guild and none of your opposition is hard to beat at all. The weapons are very few compared to the first and wow magic is gone not nearly as cool as the first. The thing that annoys me the most though is the outfits… I have a sword, gun, and magic and run around in gentlemen clothe which is for an normal person WHERE is the ARMOR. I miss plate armor and what not… Come on. This game is good but to compare it to the first shouldn’t be done at all they did good don’t get me wrong, but there are not nearly as cool of quest and no bosses that take any skill… What needs to happen is they take the two and merge them go back to the old controls and quest but keep the new feature kids dogs and such.
I thought it was bad at first, but its pretty good.
I mean the guns. Also it’s easy to be a mage if you know how. Put a slow time spell in the third slot, that gives you enough time to let out the biggest spell you got.

I’m disappointed by the addition of guns- I feel like it takes it out of that ye-olde fantasy era, and pulls us closer to “this” world. Additionally, I am VERY annoyed that they removed longbows- sure, there’s still crossbows, but let’s face it- they look ATROCIOUS.
Fable 2 isn’t here just yet- but I won’t be running out to get it the day it’s released. From what I’ve seen, it feels too much like a different game.
I agree with jaze n also putin it in the coloneal era doesn’t leave much room to expand the time line like that did 4 number 2 b4 it gets to rediculess
fable 2 is bigger but it seems shorter, i completed it in one day. is there any legendry weapons?
I don’t like that they took out hook coast n witchwood n I miss the fight club
