I was transfering my # to a different phone and I probably put one of the #s in wrong so of course it didn’t work. I received 24 e-mails to call an advisor to help fix it. They launched an investigation and said I must wait 24- 72 hrs and call back. Its ben almost a week now and they are still telling me 72 more hrs. Everytime I call they say 4 hrs or 24-72 hrs. I hope someday my phone will work again.
