
New Blackberry Applications Store: easier to get apps

This new BlackBerry app store will make it easier for users to search then purchase and download programs to load on their handsets.
Normally applications for BlackBerry handsets were only available on sites like Handango, but the announcement from RIM will give BlackBerry users the same service as what iPhone users get from the Apple App Store.
RIM says that their new App Store will launch in March 2009, RIM have said that developers will be able to submit content from December. Research IN Motion will vet each app just like Apple does on their App Store.
