Whenever we read a newspaper, listen to the radio or watch the news on TV all we how about are safety issues in China. The latest one is the Delta crib recall, Delta Enterprises is based in Ney York, but like many companies have them manufactured in China.
The recall of the cribs was issued on Monday following a report that two babies had died; 1.6 million cribs are to be recalled. The cribs were not only made in China, but also Indonesia and Taiwan, as yet no more details have been issued.
This is just the latest scandal from China; the country is still embroiled in the tainted milk scandal which has left thousands of children sick. The Delta crib recall is one of the largest in U.S. history, and comes just a year after the lead paint scandal, which was found on children’s toys.

Toys from Mexico and USA are also recalled, you can check them all at http://safetoy.mobi anytime on a computer or a phone.
It is a design issue, not a manufacturing issue. Same cribs were made in China, Taiwan and Indonesia and they are all recalled. Read CPSC report.
