Customers receiving T-Mobile G1’s two days early

We all have October 22 etched in our memory, which is the date that the T-Mobile G1 will be released. However some customers are already receiving their handsets at the door, a result of a shipping error.
Exiting T-Mobile customers were the only ones who were allowed to pre-order the T-Mobile G1, the first Google Android handset. This error is certain to annoy not only T-Mobile, but Google as well; this means that we will start to see real hands on reviews of the handset.
Now that people have started to receive their G1 handsets, their friends who are on another network will wish that they too could have one of the most anticipated handsets coming to the market. If you do have a T-Mobile G1, please give us a review.

It’s true! While mine is still sitting in Atlanta waiting to be delivered, my brother’s G1 was delivered this morning near Austin, TX.
T-Mobile should release them all now, given this serious blunder!
I was surprised and apparantly one of the lucky ones. Haven’t been able to enjoy it yet been working since I got it. One note though the keyboard isn’t as bad as the early reviews led me to believe.

I got mines today and it’s the best Phone Ever. On Edge it works Great Thanks T-mobile…
I find it to be very easy to adjust to and it makes me look at my blackberry as if its a first gen nintendo. My only complaint is no flash player yet
TIM you better realize we have microsoft silverlight comeing to our device soon! So who cares about flash! LoL. We have the world in our hands!! Let’s make it spin!! Tmobile G1 is the GoD PhonE!!
I got mine Tmobile G1 yesterday and so far love it. The only thing thats not working right is AIM and that really sucks coming from someine who used the sidekick before having the G1.
If Aim don’t work, it’s okay. I guess they’ll fix the feature soon! We talking Tmobile and GooGLe, so an update will get that right. Just enjoy the RISE!!
