Cell phones causing rashes on users faces
By: Peter Chubb | October 20, 2008 | 1 CommentThe British Association of Dermatologists has conducted test and has now come up with a report on cell phones. In the report it states that mobile phone users could get skin rash on their face, if used for long periods of time.
The rash has the nickname “mobile phone dermatitis,” the cause of the skin rash for some users is the result of being allergic to nickel in the case of the phone. The rash would usually appear on the ear or cheek, this is where the phone would normally rest.
The Dr. Graham Lowe, from the British Association of Dermatologists has also stated that the rash could even appear on fingers, as we spend a lot of time using them for texting and making calls.
