
Xbox 360 owners share two million Microsoft points
By: Peter Chubb | October 17, 2008 | 2 CommentsMicrosoft are doing something special, they are giving away two million Microsoft points over the next 22 days, to 22 lucky fans of Gears of War. Xbox Live users have to play in Xbox 360’s ‘22 Days of Mayhem’ Campaign.
The campaign starts on October 17, and will run until November 7, which is when Gear of War 2 is launched. The Xbox Live promotion will give the winner 100,000 Microsoft points, along with a poster gear of War, which has been signed by director Cliff Bleszinski.
To be able to win the prize, fans will have to play 22 game of Gear of War multi-player; they will then automatically be entered in to the prize draw. Come of Gears fans, get online and play that game to death, you could earn yourself 100,000 extra points.
