France Get Google Street View
By: Peter Chubb | October 16, 2008 | 1 CommentGoogle has now started the huge task of expanding their Street View, a feature that appears on Google Maps. Street View now has a number of major cities in France; this is the first European country to gain the service.
Six major cities in France will now benefit from Google Street View; these include Paris, Lyon, Lille, Toulouse, Marseille, and Nice. A great number of people in France will now benefit from this feature; some people will now be able to take a close look at the street where they used to grow up.
As yet there are not details as to when Street View will spread to other cities in Europe. Google have said that they have been taking photographs to help bring Street View to Europe.
