OLO Netbook: Powered by Apple iPhone 3G

The OLE Netbook certainly has raised some eyebrows as well as causing a laugh; who would have thought that you would get a netbook that is powered by an Apple iPhone. The user will get their iPhone and then place it where the trackpad would usually be.

I am not sure if this is something that will take off, why would you want a notebook that needs an iPhone to work. This OLO is the first notebook to connect directly to a cell phone, instead of through a wireless or wired connection.

Not much is known at the moment about what software will be running the notebook, maybe it would be a stripped down version of OS X. As yet there is not pricing or release date details. Is this something that you could see yourself using?
