There is no denying that the Infiniti M35 had been a popular car, but the Nissan VQ35DE 3.5-liter V6 engine which produced 275HP lacked a punch that people wanted from their car. Well The Infiniti 2009 M35 is about to get some extra power under the hood.
For 2009, Infiniti have replaced the engine with the more powerful VQ35HR 3.5-liter V6, which pumps out 303 horsepower. This is the same engine that can be found in the 08 G35 sedan. There is one drawback, the horsepower is up but the torque is down.
This is not much of a problem, and the new slick-shifting seven-speed electronically-controlled transmission is enough to make up for it. Drive Sport shift mode is a nice little feature that helps the car reach some better 0 to 60 times.
