BlizzCon StarCraft Invitational: who will win?
By: Peter Chubb | October 10, 2008 | Leave a CommentIt is that time of year again where gamers make their way to BlizzCon StarCraft Invitational. BlizzCon have invited some of the world’s best players of Starcraft to Anaheim, where they will battle their wits against each other.
This year is a little different, in recent year BlizzCon StarCraft Invitational is normally played with four players from South Korea and four players from outside of South Korea. The 2008 tournament will see six Koreans, one American, and one European, in the hope of spicing things up.
The gamers are a mix of veterans as well as up and coming talent, the favorite to win is Ji Soo “fOrGG_V_” Park. He is ranked fifth in the world, but is one of a new generation of professional gamers hoping to take on the veterans.
