PSP Plus pairs your Sony DualShock 3 with the handheld

I do not own a Sony PSP and I have no plans on getting one. I tried one a while back and found the handheld very awkward to get on with, as my hands started to hurt after a while. Sony knows about this problem, which is why they have developed a new technology called “PSP Plus.”

What PSP Plus does is help to pair a SIXAXIS or DualShock 3 controller from a PS3 to the PSP handheld. As yet not much is known about the system, as it has just been on show at the Tokyo Game Show.

What we do know is that you will have to try and pair your PSP with your PS3 in order to use the controller. The bad news is that there is just one game supported “Resistance Retribution.” Not sure if this will be the perfect solution. Let us hope that the next Sony PSP will have a better design and feel more comfortable.
