Google’s Mail Goggles: what is it?
By: Peter Chubb | October 7, 2008 | Leave a CommentI have had a number of people ask me what Google Mail Goggles is, and I had to tell them that I did not know. Once I got home I decided to do a little digging, and see what Mail Goggles was and I think I might have found the answer.
Mail Goggles is actually a feature within Google Mail, and has been designed to prevent you from sending an embarrassing late-night email, that you might regret in the morning. You might ask how you could do such a thing, well if you are drunk you could.
Once you activate Mail Goggles in Gmail, you will then have to solve a math problem before you are allowed to continue and send your message on. If you have had a lot to drink, then the idea is you will not be able to send the message.
