Firefox Mobile points to future of computing

Just before the release of Firefox 3, there was so much coverage all over the Internet to let us know that the new browser would be coming. However; that was not the case when Mozilla released a video demo for Firefox Mobile, it just showed up on the Internet without much warning.

Gizmodo has done a little digging and can confirm that the Alpha version of Firefox Mobile will be with us in just a few short weeks. When watching the video you will notice how much the new browser looks like the one that Apple use on their iPhone, but Firefox Mobile has the advantage of working on almost any cell phone.

Firefox know that Smartphone’s are the future of the Internet, it just seems strange that are coming to the party a bit late. We just have to hope that Mozilla have done a great job with Firefox Mobile, and paves the way for future releases of the mobile browser software.
