Nintendo Unveils New Wii Speak Channel: How good is it?

Nintendo has just unveiled the all new Wii Speak which is basically a speaker and mic combo, this was announced back in July and many of you including myself and even the source below thought it meant nothing to us.

Well all seems a little clearer now, the ‘Wii Speak’ Channel will come together with the new hardware and enable up to four people within four individual locations to chat at the same time, (simultaneously) either in a dedicated chat room or while gaming.

Now we get to the cheeky bit, the Wii Speak channel will only be added if you buy the WiiSpeak hardware, now that is cheeky, the reason for this is because it provides a code that will be used in the Nintendo consoles shopping channel to download it. It will cost around about £40 (7,800 Japanese yen), it will be released in Japan on November 20th.
