Acer Aspire new laptops: 8930, 6930, 5735 and 4730

So you have just purchased a new laptop and think that you have the latest model out, then you go to your store a few weeks later only to find that there are yet new models available. Acer has launched four new Aspire laptops, the 8930, 6930, 5735 and 4730.

The top end of the bunch is the 8930, but I have to say the 18.4-inch HD CineCrystal display is a bit over the top. The laptop has a 2.53GHz Core 2 Duo T9400 processor and 4GB of DDR3 RAM, as well as NVIDIA’s GeForce 9700M GT.

The Acer Aspire 6930 comes with a 16 Inch WXGA LCD display; the 5735 has a 15.6 Inch WXGA display. Finally the 4730 has a 14.1 Inch display. The Acer Aspire 8930 costs $1,699.99, the Acer Aspire 6930 costs just $699.99. The Acer Aspire 5735 the 4730 will cost just $549.99.
