I have a PREVENTION DS-2200PV. Warranty by Mark of Fitness.
I can’t download the software for it from their web page http:www.preventionmonitor.com. I get a forbidden error message form their web site.
Don’t waste your money….not sure how well this thing works or not because it was defective right out of the box. Attempted to get some resolve through the manufacturer, Mark of Fitness, and from “Woot!” where I purchased and Mark of Fitness will be happy to repair or replace my item if I return it to them at my expense. All this and according to Mark of Fitness, they KNOW that there is some defects with this model. Buyer Beware! And “Woot! basically says…too bad!
We have a PREVENTION DS-2200PV, thinking we were buying the best product for the job. I should have checked this website before we purchased it. We recently had it checked against our Doctor’s monitor and it is not even close. What surprises me more than anything is the inability to contact anyone. There is no contact information anywhere in my literature nor on this website. Who do we contact if we are not satisfied? What good is a warrantee without support for the product?
