    Request assistance in troubleshooting error:

    “Connection timed out”

I am unable to connect to Aim, I have tried uninstalling/re-installing for about 3 times, rebooting after each process and deleting all personal files.

carlabcollado screen name is the one can not log in, however, in attempting to log in on the same machine using a different screen name, signing in is successful.

Yes, I am actually having problems with AIM Express– every once in a while I get “reconnecting” popping out of nowhere, so it’s really annoying; I try to IM someone in the meantime, just to get thrown back into the Log-On page. I’ve also tried to sign off and on, but it’s no use.
