Apple lift software nondisclosure agreement: iPhone developers talk
By: Peter Chubb | October 2, 2008 | Leave a CommentWhen it comes to software for the iPhone, Apple has had a gagging order stopping developers from discussing anything about the creation process. Well Apple has had a change of heart and has lifted the software nondisclosure agreement.
If you are a software developer and publisher for the iPhone, you will now be allowed to discuss the process of creating the programs for the handset. This means that a number of people will now be able to launch their books describing how the process works.
Dave Thomas, who is the co-founder of Pragmatic Programmers, a publisher and consulting firm, is just one such person who plans to do this. He has had to hold back on his publication, but can now release iPhone Books.
