Pico Projectors are all set to become all the rage as they are about to hit end users, and now we are seeing a number of companies willing to offer their own versions. Back at CES Microvision had what I would call a bad stab at a pico projector.
Thankfully this is not the case at CEATEC, here they have introduced a revamped version of their PicoP-based pocket projector. The company has already started to ship them to OEMs for evaluation and end-user testing.
The new version which was on show at CEATEC was smaller and thinner as well as being much brighter. The PicoP engine helps to enhance the image quality over the one that was displayed at CES.

You need to be correct in your reports. MVIS’s new version of the SHOW is not thinner, the IPM is thinner inside not the package. Read MVIS’s news release again and get it right for your own credibility.
Martin, you need to read that blog again. The writer says it’s smaller and thiner, but he doesn’t specify whether it’s the IPM or the package. Seems you need to pay closer attention to details when reading, Mr. Perfect - please, for your own credibility.
