Dell S2309W HD monitor unveiled: but how much?

It is not like Dell to launch a new product and not shout it from the roof tops. But that is exactly what they have done with their S2309W HD monitor. The screen offers 1080p HD viewing.

I think I know why they have not announced it to all yet, the new monitor is only showing up on Dell’s Canadian site. This is not good news for others as there is no information as to when the rest of the world will be getting it.

The Dell S2309W HD monitor will have a resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. The screen brightness is 300 cd/m2 and the monitor has a 5-millisecond response time. As yet there are no pricing details.
