Upcoming shooter Rage delayed because of Xbox 360
By: Daniel Chubb | September 18, 2008 | 12 CommentsThe all new upcoming post-apocalyptic shooter game called Rage is being held back thanks to the “I have not a lot of Storage” Xbox 360.
id’s Rage is coming out on 3 platforms, the PS3, PC and Xbox 360, so why is Rage being held back again? Well it all comes down to storages issues surround the 360; this is not a problem on the PlayStation 3 or the PC.
Rage is the all new and first game to use the brand spanking new id Tech 5 engine, the game has to be played around with and will be re-designed all because of the Xbox 360.
We know that the PS3 has around 25GB, the PC is obviously limited but the Xbox 360 only has 6 to 8 GB of data. The hope is that the makers can get the new game onto two discs for the 360, but this is going to be a squeeze.
