Blackberry Storm 9530: more details

We informed you late last month that the Blackberry Thunder was getting a name change to Storm 9530. We have managed to find a picture of the actual box that the Storm will come in, which should offer up some details.

As we know the Blackberry Storm 9530 will be on the Verizon carrier, which hopefully should be ready for launch over the next few weeks. Let us hope that the handset lives up to all the hype.

Phones Review tells us that the Blackberry Storm is RIM’s first venture into the touchsreen handset, so it is looking at knocking on the door of the Apple iPhone. The phone comes with an 8GB SanDisk mircoSD card, which comes preinstalled.
