Today September 2, the world awaits the launch of Google Chrome, which is an open source web browser. The new browser which also comes with Gears will be available to download some time today.
The world was buzzing yesterday with rumors about Google Chrome, and that’s all it was at once stage. During the day Google announced the launch of the Chrome web browser in an official blogpost.
The first announcement was not taken seriously as it was made to look like a comic book, which was drawn by Scott McCloud. The new Google Chrome web browser is set to be a new JavaScript virtual machine. Chrome will run on a process called tabbed sessions, each with a separate process. If there is a crash process, then the rest of the browser will not need to shut down. Will Google be able to take on the might of Microsoft and Mozilla?

Oh, boy, another Firefox-type browser for me to download and then delete.
What a gullible generation is this one - they swallow anything Google tells them.
Google, the hero corporation for those who think building a marginally better search engine deserves untold wealth. Google sucks.
