I would not recommend buying this headset. It has serious problems restoring Bluetooth connection with the phone (AT&T Tilt) after headset was turned off or charged.

The service and support are impossible to get. Numerous voice calls after very lengthy wait (up to 1 hr.) ever been answered. I left several voice and e-mail messages with technical support, but never got response. Terrible!!!

The overall quality of the headset is very average.

The HS11 is much slower on discovery than the TX-10. Shut down both units. Press button on HS11 until you get red/blue LED, then press button on TX-10. TX-10 will go into discovery while HS-11 is still looking and they should pair. Also, make sure that the units are within a foot of each other.

I’ve got my headset working off of my laptop and phone, and my MP3 with the TX-10. After I figured out how to make it work, no problems.

I’ve been using this for a bit now - got it off woot - no problems for me whatsoever. I’ve been incredibly impressed considering how little I paid.
