Mercenaries 2 cheats for Xbox 360: Achievements explained

As you know Mercenaries 2 was released for the Xbox 360 just a few days ago, and already people have been asking for cheats as well as a list of achievements. You have to wonder why people will want to cheat on this game so early.
As always you will need to accomplish the indicated achievement, which will then give you the number of gamescore points.
