LG announced at the IFA in Germany that they are getting into the netbook arena.
Oddly, LG who was not expected to make the announcement until Friday, released a generic press release and forgot to omit the details, all we can see on the press release is what the company is going to show us as Europe’s largest consumer electronics show.
According to the press release the will be calling the new model the X110 and this will come with 3G HSDPA connectivity embedded.
According by information given by LG “3G embedded features combined with WLAN 802.11 b/g and 10/100 Ethernet for stable and fast connections means users can communicate and share information any time, any way, any place.”
LG have also told reporters that the netbook will sport a massive 80GB hard drive, and it’s rumoured that the netbook will be powered by an Intel Atom Chip.
Excuse us for the shortage of information, the minute we get more details we will pass it straight onto you.
