ILuv should have worked out all the kinks before putting this piece of crap on the market. It was unable to get it to even turn on, let alone operate as advertised. After calming down, I turned to google to gather some reviews about this product. Needless to say, overall it scored poorly. There was comment after comment that expressed issues with it freezing or locking up. The trouble shooting methods that are given with the product are absolutely useless. Unfortunately this was a Christmas gift from my significant other and he ordered it from Bundle City. Big MISTAKE!! Anytime a website has a very detailed page solely dedicated to the “100% Satisfaction” know that there’s usually a long line of complaints that follow!
They even wanted me to pay for shipping to return the item. There’s supposedly a 14 day return policy, even though they urged customers to order early to receive the product by Christmas. Hummmmmm………..
