I bought my printer January 2007 and it stopped printing by September 2008. I live in the Turks and Caicos Islands and no one here knows what is wrong with it. Its not the ink because I have replaced it twice thinking that the ink might be hard.
What can I do to get my printer working.

  2. Deb says:

My 5300 would not print photos or scan from the day I bought it. The company will not replace it unless I pay $69 more. It’s junk and their customer service sucks…save your money and buy anything but Kodak.
