Nintendo Wii Fit: Collecting dust or used daily?

It has been a good while now since Wii fit has released, and it has been a huge success around the world. According to the latest charts over at digital spy, Nintendo Wii fit has managed to retain its position at the top on the Nintendo charts for the 4th consecutive week running.

At the moment it is keeping Mario Kart off the top spot, so it must be still very popular among its fans. Just how many of our readers are still very much into the craze of Wii Fit? Do you still all gather round for a daily spot of yoga or aerobics with the family, or is your Wii balance board locked away gathering dust.

Personally I like to enjoy Wii-fit with some friends and enjoy its social aspects, rather than consider it a real weight loss application and spend hours stressing over spinal twists or various squat procedures!

It would be interesting to find out just how many of you are still addicted to the wonders of Wii Fit so leave a comment below.

I’m still using my WiiFit near everyday, and it’s been 104 days since it was launched! It tells you to spend around 30 minutes a day on it, though I tend to just do the body test if I don’t have time.

What really sells it for me is that I can keep track of my weight on a graph and this alone is great motivation to exercise and eat healthy.

It’s been two months now and Wii fit has become part of my whole family’s daily routine. I’ve found myself setting time aside to practice my Wii Fit exercises every day, even when I come home late and I’m tired.

And I think my whole family agree with me. We all seem to have set ourselves fitness targets and I can see we’re all putting in the time.

We’ve been running a Wii Fit survey on http://www.wiibalanceboardgames.com over the last few weeks and so far figures show that just over 56% of Wii Fit owners use it every day and only about 3% have stopped using it altogether. It’s still too soon to draw any definitive conclusions but it will be interesting to see how these figures change over time.

My wife and I use it everyday. Not only is it getting us off the couch and moving, we enjoy the friendly competition of trying to top each others scores. Even if I’m tired and just plan to do a couple of light yogo or balance exercises, I find that I end up doing at least a 30 minute work out.
