Asus really know how to develop a ROG board, and they have done a blinding job on their new ASUS Rampage Formula X48 Motherboard, the board is based on their new X48 Express chipset. The motherboard is packed with so many great features, more than you could imagine, the guys over at Tweaktown have been putting the board through its paces to see how well it performs.

While we managed to only hit 525MHz, it’s possible with some more tweaking of the voltages and the GTL reference dividers that you’re likely to get some more speed out of the board.
