Nintendo Wii Fit 5 out of 10: Swedish magazine Super PLAY, spend more time

I have personally reviewed the Wii Fit and Balance Board for over 20 hours and that’s over a lot of days. Have I been sold on how good the Wii Fit is? Hell yes. Nintendo have produced a life-changing device in the form of a fun way to workout, it has replaced my gym and flattened my stomach. Working out on the Wii Fit for 30 minutes to 2 hours a day, will change your life forever. With the help of the instructor in Wii Fit, you will start to develop a better balance, centre of gravity (core balance) and become more toned all over.
What amazed me is how hard some of these workouts are, I have really pushed the Jackknifes hard and now have reached 30 reps. This exercise will help flatten your stomach, and if your like me and have never tried Yoga, you will be pleasantly surprised and the results it can give you in breathing better and balance. The muscle workouts made my muscles ache more than being at the gym, and after completing the Yoga, I felt so relaxed.
So back to this latest issue of Super PLAY, you guys better spend some more time with Wii Fit. You may learn something.
