Today is a great day for Sony PS3 owners as Ubisoft has today released a free playable game demo of the much anticipated Haze. The game has been developed by Free Radical Design, this demo is a massive 1557 MB download so you should get downloading now. You can play the Haze demo as a two-player on your console or as a four-player on LAN and Online.
Ubisoft have said that this Haze demo “gives gamers a taste of not only the single-player campaign in Haze, but also allows for up to four-player, drop-in drop-out co-op play online, via LAN or even 2 player split-screen.” You the player take on the player as Jake Carpenter who has just enlisted in the Mantel army, the story is set 25-years in the future. While with Mantel you enter a conflict in South America where you have to battle against a rebel faction.
This is where the fun begins, as you are able to take advantage of all the latest vehicles and weaponry that are at your disposal. You as the player have an added advantage over your enemy, and that is you have a performance-enhancing drug.
Haze has seen a number of delays however; the full game is due for release on May 23rd. Haze has a lot to live up to, it will have to try and have as much success as games such as COD4 and Halo 3.
Have you downloaded the game, if so what do you think?

Yeah I downloaded this and played through on weds night. Have been waiting for this game for months and must say it is looking promising. I’m a big COD4 online fan and remapped the buttons to suit my preferred layout and once done found Haze played very well. Graphics look good, & I liked the effects when you overdose on Nectar…
Looking forward to the release, hope the online gameplay can compete with COD4 and from this demo it’s looking like it could….
