Better than the Iron Man Sequel, a $1500 Iron Man phone Giveaway

You may be dying to see the Iron Man 2 movie, but while you wait for the sequel, what better to fill the time with than a nice freebee in the shape of an Iron Man cell phone. Engadget mobile are running a competition to win a $1500 Iron Man phone and the giveaway is free to enter.

Robert Downey, Jr is showing the Iron Man phone in the above photo, its based on the LG Shine slider that is currently being sold by AT&T Wireless. This Iron Man edition features a solid 18K gold battery cover and a deep red case with gold plated highlights. To enter the giveaway, all you have to do is send Engadget Mobile a photo of your phone and the most nasty and disgusting phone will win, they also want a story of its life and how it got to such disrepair.

We have all had phones that have gone through a bad life, maybe its time to dig deep in the dark places of your home and find those old phones that have been left to die, you may be thinking the more battered they are, the more chance of winning. This may not be the case, as EM said, “don’t bother breaking your phone, that’s not what we’re looking for”.
