More and more people are moving away from playing games on a PC and moving toward a laptop. The thing is peoples life has changed and we tend to spend more time on the move. However spending time on the move can be stressful, so playing games is a great way to unwind.

One such laptop that hopes to do the job is the Gateway P-172X FX gaming laptop, and Engadget have got their hands on way and decided to show us the unboxing of it. This is not a hand-on review, just a little feature just to get to see what the first impressions are; firstly they were not so happy with the design, but the performance more than made up for this.

The Gateway P-172X FX gaming laptop has a 17-inch screen and comes with a 2.4GHz T8300 Core 2 Duo CPU. There is 4GB of RAM and a huge 320GB hard rive. The power behind the graphics is NVIDIA’s GeForce 8800M GTS GPU.
