This Nike SportBand is for runners who don’t like to listen to music while they work out.

This kit comes with a detachable USB watch section that is used to transfer all your running data to nikeplus.com. Once you have uploaded all your data you can view your running progress.

The online personal trainer can set you up for a 5k, 10k, half-marathon or full-marathon and it will track your distance, time and the amount of calories burned.
