Why do I (Sony PS3 Owner) have to wait longer for call of duty 4 map pack?

Following on from Peters post about the release of the first Call of Duty 4 map pack for games consoles, my gaming time on Gran Turismo 4 and Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is only 10% of what Call of Duty 4 still gets. It is really annoying that Sony PS3 owners have to wait almost an extra month compared to Xbox 360 owners for the new map pack. Although its only four maps, it is really welcomed to add something new to COD4.

So what’s so different about the Sony PS3 COD4 map packs?

Why the extra wait (end of April/start of May)?

    Because you choose to buy the system that is hard to build for. It just goes to show that COD4 could have been on the 360 long befor it would have come to the PS3 like a lot of other gmaes. Why are you even suprised? It’s going to be a great weekend on the 360. I’ll read the replies on Monday.

    Reason being it is “hard” to build for, isn’t the fact that it is hard to build for, its just different system and a different way of building – the Xbox wudda been just as difficult to build for when it first arrived.

    But it will be the Ps3 owners that will be laughing soon – once they have games which the 360 will not be able to handle.

    Well, I have PC and I’m also waiting for these maps way too long. I do not understand this either.

    hey dum ass…read more about xbox360. It has just as much cores as the ps3…except they dont go around boasting about it. PS3 boast about it but it doesnt do **** for them..the games suck, the graphics are bad..i mean WTF is it…a black box? lol

    nope none of you get it, its cause xbox 360 is richer than sony ps3 in ps3 you dont have to pay for online so xbox can splash out some cash on getting map packs first! nobs!
