Adobe Photoshop Express Online: bad for photographers and non USA visitors

The new Adobe Photoshop Express online may only be in beta, but it still does look very impressive and many photo enthusiasts have already started uploading their photos and sorting them with Rich Internet Application (RIA). The free service needs you to have Adobe Flash Player version 9 installed on your computer, but after that you can use all the great functions and features (these will be improved during the public beta test phase).
We posted about Photoshop Express vs. Google’s Picasa, but currently there are problems with Photoshop Express, these include the fact that it’s designed for USA users and anyone outside of the U.S. can still use Photoshop Express but will have a “restricted speed of service“, which can be very annoying. Photographers might not be happy knowing that “Adobe should secure very extensive rights on the photos of members in the user conditions”.
The online Photo service is still young, so it has time to grow. Have you used Express and if so how did you find it?
